What is an email template?

In the context of email marketing and Emailworks – email template is a pre-defined set of HTML design which can be adopted easily and can be used for creating a nice looking newsletter.

The email template provides you a pre-defined layout which can be used to add your content when you are building your newsletter. You can use images, css style sheets, tables, personalization tags while creating an email template.

An example of the email template which is available from the Emailworks global database is shown below.
