Emailworks Maillist Manager provides you all features to make your email marketing even more successful. Tracking bounced email addresses, spam complaints and subscriber requests by email are one of these key features.

In order to let Emailworks Maillist Manager track and identify these email requests, you will need to point some certain email addresses on your server to Emailworks Maillist Manager. Before describing email processing setup, please go through the following list to learn email processing types:

  • Bounce Handling (bounce.php or pop3_bounce.php)
  • Spam Complaint Processing (fbl.php or pop3_fbl.php)
  • Subscriber Request Processing (requests.php or pop3_requests.php)
Before proceeding and setting up email piping/pop3 for bounce, spam and request processing,
be sure that you have read and completed steps written in Setting Up Your Emailworks Maillist Manager#Bounce_Settings

IMPORTANT: If you have chosen POP3 method for processing email requests (bounce, spam and subscription requests), there's no need to proceed with email piping setup. Just skip this chapter.
