How To Integrate With Emailworks Maillist Manager?

Integration is easy. In order to integrate, you will need to have a PreviewMyEmail.com user account with API service enabled. Follow these steps to integrate:

1. Sign-up for a PreviewMyEmail.com user account at http://previewmyemail.com
2. Enable API service in your account or request free testing period with your Emailworks Maillist Manager license key
3. Once API service is enabled, you will see your API access key in your PreviewMyEmail.com screen
4. Login to your Emailworks Maillist Manager admin area
5. Go to "Settings > Preferences"
6. Click "PreviewMyEmail.com Integration" tab
7. Select how to integrate your PreviewMyEmail.com account
   1. System wide account: All users will use this service with your own PreviewMyEmail.com credentials (your credentials will not be shared with any other users)
   2. Allow users to use their own account: If you select this option, every Emailworks Maillist Manager user can enter their own PreviewMyEmail.com API information for the integration.

If you own an Emailworks Maillist Manager ESP Edition license, you can set a specific pricing for PreviewMyEmail.com integration:

1. Select "System wide account" option and enter your PreviewMyEmail access information
2. Go to "User Groups > User Group Details" section
3. Enable "Pricing" option
4. Enter the service fee for "Monthly Design Preview Fee" field. This fee will be charged per month for users of the group.
5. Enter the service fee for "Each Design Preview Fee" field. This fee will be charged for every preview that will be done by users of the group

Once integration is completed, you can start previewing your email contents by selecting "Preview" tab in email builder and clicking "Email Design Test" button.
