Privacy

Selection of recipients is easy and based on names of groups, teachers or parents. The user (parents) can not see e-mail addresses of other parents. So privacy is garanteed.

There are different levels of users with their own rights.

An administrator of the school can

  • get access to all the communication information of the parents and / or guardians of all pupils
  • send mail to all the parents with one click
  • send an individual mail (only a message to the mother of a pupil)
  • send (individual) mail to teachers
  • availability of all basic information
  • export data

A teacher of the school can

  • view only information of parents and carers of his / her pupils
  • can only send an e-mail to (the parents of) his / her group
  • send an individual mail to the parents of his / her pupils
  • send mail to a colleague teachers

A parent of the school can (optional)

  • send mail to the parents of the group of their own child
  • send a mail to the teacher of the group of their own child
  • modify the data of himself and of his / her child(eren)
