The following actions are taken:

• When receiving a mail from Email works, the receipient can only see his or her own mail address
• When sending a mail from Email works, the sender can only see the addresses he or she is allowed to seeThe data in the database is secured in a way that another school can not access it
• The parent can only access is or her own information
• A user sees no more than is necessary, making abuse impossible.
• Everything is being logged. Any possible abuse can be traced directly
