Not everyone (approximately 10%) has an email address. This rate is, however, getting down each year. It may also be that people doesn't want to communicatie via email

In these cases, the newsletter is being printed simply on the traditional way (but in much smaller print run). You can then do the following things:

1. You can provide the newsletters on paper at the exit in a box
2. You can use the Emailworks system easily to make an objection list (parents without e-mail) and you can distribute paper to the respecting children.
3. You can encourage users (parents):

• Providing the newsletter on paper one day or two days later then the electronic version
• Communicating that the newsletter van also be found on the schools website
