In these cases, the newsletter is being printed simply on the traditional way (but in much smaller print run). You can then do the following things:
- You can provide the newsletters on paper at the exit in a box
- You can use the Emailworks system easily to make an objection list (parents without e-mail) and you can distribute paper to the respecting children.
- You can encourage users (parents):
- Providing the newsletter on paper one day or two days later then the electronic version
- Communicating that the newsletter van also be found on the schools website
